ITEOE Business International Inc. is a multi-functional non-profit organization (a working progress) organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, 1986, or the corresponding provision of any future federal law. Dr. Cedric D. Rayford, CEO of RCSMegaNeT (For Profit) IT Company is the original author and creator of "Information Technology Employer Oriented Education" (ITEOE Model) and is the Founder of ITEOE Business International Inc. (Non-Profit). Dr. Rayford wanted to establish a separate entity (Organization) to offer ITEOE services based on completely separate qualifications and standards based on United States USAID Agency for foreign countries and/or the foreign country in need of support and Federal, State and Local government agencies (to include local communities) within the United States.  ITEOE Business International Inc. was established as a Non-Profit organization centered on the Information Technology Employer Oriented Education (ITEOE Model).  Our Vision: is to establish ITEOE as the  standard program of choice, by Governments, Educational Institutions, Non-Profit Organizations and Community Outreach Organizations worldwide.  

ITEOE stands for Information Technology Employer Oriented Education. ITEOE is an education development training guide and program provided by a recognized institution or independent training Agency whose primary purpose is to prepare, educate and demonstrate  thru real world needed activity to their prospective students or clients in various fields of study, how to function primarily as an Employer and secondary as an Employee.  As the world becomes increasingly more global, jobs will also continue to decrease and increase respectively in developing countries to developed countries. Outsourcing of services and products, mergers and alliances are imperative and essential for today’s business survival. With dwindling medical and dental benefits, increased difficulty factors to reach retirement and mostly “fire at will” policies within most companies, can we truly say our jobs are secure and provide us financial independence? Thus, the ITEOE Development Training Guide/Program is established, after extensive scientific research and evaluations of various universities, workshops and pilot programs on what real world instructional or application methods were being used in Universities and Academic Institutions, including the interest, desire and preparedness of students to go into business for themselves prior to graduation. ITEOE will minimize, if not solve these problems and better position the students and participants of this program to fully take advantage of their acquired knowledge during and after graduation. ITEOE Business International Inc. as a Non-Profit Organization is empowered to “Aid and Assist” with the implementation of ITEOE Education Model to Socially, Economically and Disadvantage Countries, Organizations, Educational Institutions, Groups and Individuals who are in need of this type of services, but can only partially meet the funding requirements or have no funds at all.
